Career criminal, out on bond, charged with two murders in Beaver, PA.
Howard Thomas, B/M/39, allegedly murdered Ashley Delucca, 38, and Andre Littles, 58, and then wrecked his car in Zanesville, OH. No mugshot because he is in the hospital.
All three lived together.
