A mob of Black males, using as many as six stolen cars, looted Chicago’s Luis Vuitton store, then slaughtered Mark Arceta, 40, when they caused a massive wreck speeding away.
Of the people arrested so far, some are hardcore habitual criminals who were being coddled. The DA is charging them with murder.
