February 20, 2024 – Troy Alexzandria Strope, 42, St. Francis County, Arkansas – Black on White – Hate Crime
The victim was tortured to death by multiple Black males and dumped in a public area to send a message.
Police are still classifying everything. Family believes that police used Strope as a CI to arrest Micah Lacey. Then Lacey was immediately released on bond and killed her.
