Jose Mendoza-Gonzalez is a citizen of Mexico, who was previously arrested and released under the Illinois “Safe-T Act.” He admits that the victim died inside hi house and he hid the body for nearly two months. He is being aggressively coddled by the authorities. So far, he has only been charged with minor felonies and released on a no-cash bail.
