Isaiah Ramos-Bostwick, 16, shot in the face and killed inside a Jackson, MI house. Police chief says he was killed by a 13 year-old while “some sort of argument” going on.
Perp allegedly faces 1st degree murder. Perp’s 15 year-old brother arrested and immediately released.
The identity of the 13 year-old gunman is a classified secret. However UCR data shows two Black male juveniles were arrested for a fatal “juvenile gang shooting” by the Jackson, Michigan PD in January.
