Luis Colon, 52

January 1, 2026 – Luis Colon, 52, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Black on White – Boyfriend/ex of a relative/friend

The perps are said to be family members of the victim’s step-daughter’s ex-boyfriend.

A total of three people were shot. Quadir Tull was shot and killed in self-defense. A 3rd person survived.
