Nigerian Igbo charged with brutal unprovoked hate crime stabbing murder at a Round Rock, TX, park.
Police say Andrew Wimsatt, 62 year-old White male, was sitting on a park bench when Ogbodiegwu snuck up behind him. It was captured on surveillance video.
