May 30, 2026 – Joshua Starnes, 44, Louisville, Kentucky – Black on White – Neighbor

Police say Joshua Starnes, 44, was murdered by his next door neighbor in Louisville, KY.

Micah Lackey, 22, rammed his car into the home of one neighbor & then murdered Starnes.
