Boaters discovered Brittany Napp, 32, dead in the Chickasawhay River on July 6th.
The two had never met before. He says he picked her up on the side of the road before killing her.

The perp was not the father of the five-year-old, so I include the little one as a black-on-white homicide, based on his appearance
