Brandon Fadden, 33, shot and killed inside a house during a 4th of July party in Chantilly, VA.
Police say Joshua Soroko, 31, killed him, but they are coddling him and only charged him with minor crimes.

The perp was not the father of the five-year-old, so I include the little one as a black-on-white homicide, based on his appearance
