February 16, 2026 – Hope Cartwright, 23, Richmond, Virginia – Black on White – Felony vehicular killing 

Hope Cartwright, 23, associate editor of Virginia Living magazine, brutally massacred in Richmond.

Police say Latesha Coleman, 41, struck Cartwright at a crosswalk, dragged her body down the road, and then drove over the body to get away and flee.

Note: Suspects are not legally considered guilty until guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
