Immigrant from the Dominican Republic, Luis Rojas Cabrera, 55, charged with homicide for killing Elizabeth Baron, 38, with cosmetic injection. Cabrera immediately released on PR bond.

Cabrera was already arrested twice for unlicensed medical shenanigans, but just kept doing it.
