November 18, 2025 – Jennifer Cooper, 42, Auburn. Alabama – Black on White – Felony vehicular killing

Nearly TEN MONTHS later, Auburn, AL, school bus driver Theresa McCloud has been charged with criminally negligent homicide with for killing Jennifer Cooper, 42.

A lawsuit alleges McCloud was high on opiates. Some Black politicians and activists are rallying around her.
