Vicious monster, who has been committing armed robberies for SEVENTEEN YEARS, allegedly shot three people in a three day period in NYC.
NYPD says Jesus Acosta, 31, who is still at large, killed Bengali immigrant MD Yousuf, 44, and Trayvon Shuler, 33.
