Police have now charged Deavan Williams, 23, with murder over the 7/27/26 death of Mason Moulding, 1, in rural Scottsville, KY. (Census tract 0% Black)

He is the boyfriend of the child’s mother. Him and the mother were already charged with 1st degree criminal abuse.
