May 30, 2026 – Vanessa Sanchez, 37, Berkeley. California – Black on Latino – Boyfriend/ex

Body was discovered on May 30th, but murder is believed to have occurred between May 24th and 26th.

Vanessa Sanchez, 37, was dying of stage 4 cancer, but Damarcus Jones, 28, couldn’t be bothered to wait.

He was seen bringing a roller suitcase to her apartment. Four days later, she was found dead inside.
