Perps allegedly murdered woman at a public park in the 0.7% Black village of Flat Rock, NC.

Police say Izabella Gamez, 18, was murdered by Leron Monteith, 19, and Sheilah Tong, 18.

Monteith is a career violent criminal who was out on bond in TWO different counties.
