Career criminal charged with murdering two women at a Section 42 (LIHTC) low income housing complex in Arcadia, FL.

Eric Robinson, 45, is believed to have murdered his girlfriend Tanika Summers and then killed Barbara Bates, 77, because she witnessed it.
