Outstanding warrants, no license, slaughters two volunteer firefighters in Berks County, PA. Allegedly while high on crack and marijuana.
Police say Alexander Rivera, 26, drove off the road and killed Jeffory Buck, 60, and Robert R. Shick, Jr., 56, who were on an off road vehicle.
