April 12, 2026 – Rachael Rakes, 33, Indianapolis. Indiana – Black on White – Boyfriend/ex

Career criminal Javon Cushenberry, 39, charged with killing Rachael Rakes, 33, and also shooting her father.

Cushenberry was convicted of a 2006 attempted murder, but given a wrist-slap sentence. Rakes had taken out a restraining order against him.
