Twitter/X suffered many outages that lasted for hours today. Elon Musk confirmed their was a major cyber-attack using IP addresses from the “Ukraine area.”
This could mean the attackers were inside Ukraine, however it could also be someone else routing the attack through Ukraine to disguise their true location.
