John Leo Meylor, 35, faces 13 counts of arson, one count of arson to an inhabited structure, and violation of parole. He went on a flag burning spree in the middle of the night in a residential neighborhood.
One car was damaged by fire. Police described him as an “anarchist.”
It is unclear if he had other accomplices with him.
