Tennessee State Representative Gino Bulso [R] filed HB 1653 today.
The bill would order the full release of information related to transsexual mass shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale. This includes her full manifesto, medical records, and toxicology reports.
For years, the public has been denied information about what pharmaceutical drugs that mass killers were taking. In the case of Audrey Hale, everything was highly politicized, and her manifesto was also classified.
Bulso also filed HB 1605 last November for the 2024 session. This bill would ban public schools from displaying flags except the American flag. The 2024 Tennessee legislative session begins tomorrow.
