Michael DiCesare, 60

  December 25, 2023 – Michael DiCesare, 60, Rochester, New York – Black on White – Mob Beating 

 

Police say the victim was leaving a neighborhood convenience store on Christmas morning when two Black males beat him for 18 minutes. He was critically injured and died of his wounds five weeks later.
