  December 16, 2023 – Terry Ivory, 45, Dallas, Texas – Latino on Black – Felony vehicular killing 

 

Habitual drunk driver Nestor Joel Lujan Flores allegedly hit the victim driving so fast that the victim’s legs were ripped off. He then drove 40 miles with two thirds of the victim’s body on the passenger seat of his car.
