December 28, 2023 – Regina G. Rutledge, 64, Valley, Alabama – Black on White – Felony vehicular killing 

Perp allegedly committed an armed carjacking and then slammed the car into a family while fleeing from police. He killed three White victims.

He was out on bond for manslaughter and also connected to another shooting.
