Habitual criminal Anthony McDonald, 37, charged with the abduction and murder of an elderly woman in Lumberton, NC.
Nancy Lowery, 68, was found dead in a burning car last June.
He is from Robeson County, which is known for racially mixed people. He has been repeatedly classified as both “Black” and “Race Unknown” by various jails and prisons.
