Covid-19 restrictions are coming to an end all across Scandinavia. Norway and Denmark have ended all restrictions. Sweden had very few restrictions in 2020, but enacted more in early 2021. Both Sweden and Finland say the remaining restrictions will be ending soon.
On September 25th, the Norwegian government celebrated the end of restrictions with a fireworks display and free cake. The Norwegian government officially downgraded Covid-19 to the same level as influenza.
