This has become a very common occurrence in major cities in the Northeast, West Coast, Chicago, and other places. Multiple perpetrators, usually young Black males and females, organize a pre-meditated oraganized looting of a store. Recently. luxury stores have been targeted in the Bay Area, LA, and Chicago.
This was a Moncler store at City Center DC.
This will continue to happen as long as local politicians make excuses for the perpetrators are refuse to get tough on crime.
