Alex Rainer victim of hate crime style murder while walking his dog in Denver, CO.

Police say Kaylen Stroter, 22, also beat and attempted to shot an unnamed pregnant woman nearby.

Judge Stephanie Gagliano gave Stroter a FREE PASS for a 2023 home invasion.
