Victim:

Tamela D. Dutcher, 55

August 14, 2026 – Tamela D. Dutcher, 55, Delaware County, Ohio – Black on White – Boyfriend/ex of a relative/friend

Tamela Dutcher, 55, fatally shot through the eye during a home invasion in Delaware County, OH.

Possibly killed by her own daughter’s boyfriend.

Dajameous Payne, 21, and Christian Evans, 20, arrested. Police say the suspects are directly connected to Dutcher’s daughter.

Bryanna Dutcher, 18, has been charged with obstruction.
