July 25, 2026 – Jacob Freytes, 12, NYC, New York – Black on Latino – Wild shooting into crowd

Accused of shooting three people. Jacob Freytes was the only fatality. Police say he was an unintended bystander riding his bike.

Suspect:

William Ferrer, 45
