July 18, 2026 – Matthew Konwinski, 31, Columbia, South Carolina – Black on White – Altercation

Police in Columbia, SC say Xavier Bethea got angry about something and fatally shot Matthew Konwinski, 31.

Bethea was only charged with manslaughter and immediately released on a tiny bond the next day.
