Police say Nykia Edward, B/F/21, who was already a wanted fugitive, killed Neil Yackovich, 47, in a sudden unprovoked attack as he was leaving an AirBnB party in Pittsburgh, PA.
Alleghany County started censoring mugshots in 2025 as part of the movement to suppress information on what groups of people commit the most crime. Activists say mugshots “stigmatize certain races.”
