Tulsa police say reign of terror was the work of only ONE man.
Carlissa Harris, B/F/29, her unborn bay, and her lyft driver Moesly Livingston, 75, were murdered. Plus two knife attacks, and multiple robberies.
Human crime machine Marsean Taylor was eventually neutralized by cops.
