Guatemalan illegal alien Oscar Vasquez-Lopez, who was supposed to be deported in 2024, has been charged with slaughtering Savannah, GA, schoolteacher Dr. Linda Davis while fleeing police.
Dr. Davis taught at Hesse Elementary.
