Possible homosexual rage murder.

Bizarre murder inside luxury high rise that requires residents to have a min annual salary of 45X the monthly rent ($4k for studio).

NYPD says Bretford Brewer, 36, butchered Carlos Penzo, 36, in the bathtub. Then ran naked through the complex destroying security cameras.
