In the data submitted to the FBI for 2023, 91.4% of law enforcement agencies submitted data. Of known homicide suspects, 56.3% were Black nationwide.
However, National Conservative is quickly discovering that it is high-crime majority Black areas that withheld data.
Nearly half of law enforcement agencies in Mississippi, the single Blackest state in the USA, did not send data.
The following cities did not send data. These have some of the highest murder rates in the USA.

We are still working to identify more cities that submitted no data. So far, every city we have found that did not submit data in 2023 is majority Black.
We also found that Springfield, Ohio, is submitting data but censoring the race of the homicide suspects. Springfield lists ten murders for 2023. We confirmed that suspects have been charged in at least seven of these. All seven are Black. Springfield listed them all as race “not specified” in the data they sent to the FBI. This has been going on since 2021.
The Sheriff’s Department for the Augusta-Richmond County consolidated area has a history of not sending data to the GBI or the FBI. In 2023, they submitted data to the FBI for the first time since 2018. They list 41 homicide victims, 39 Black and 2 White. They list 3 Black suspects and 29 race “not specified” suspects. In December 2023 alone, Augusta had more than three Black murder suspects. Wyzler Holt, B/M, Maurice Holland Jr, B/M, Michael Jason Mims, B/M, and Sanqwon Berry, B/M. It is clear that the Augusta-Richmond County Sheriff’s Department intentionally censored the race of most suspects. The reason three were uncensored is probably because multiple different people entered the data. One person filled out the race category, while the others left it blank.
The Augusta-Richmond Consolidated area is 56.4% Black.
Springfield, OH, is officially only 17.4%. However, the Biden/Harris administration has dumped as many as 20k illegal aliens from Haiti in the community. Springfield, Ohio, charged at least seven people with murder in 2023, and all seven are Black.
*Miami-Gardens apparently did not send data to the FBI for years. Then, they started with the fourth quarter of 2023. The city had 31 official murders in 2023. Only ten, those occurring from September to December, were submitted to the FBI.
