California’s 13th District was redrawn in 2022, transforming it into a Republican district. In 2022, Republican candidates for Governor, the US Senate, and the US House all won this District. John Duarte became the District’s US Representative.
John Duarte had been ahead in California’s election results. Yet suddenly, an entire month later, Democrat challenger Adam Grey is declared the winner by 50.04% to 49.96%.
